Clowe helps Sharks skate past Stars, 5-2

SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -- Ryane Clowe scored in his first game back from an injury, and four other San Jose players scored as the Sharks stretched their winning streak to three with a 5-2 victory over the Dallas Stars on Thursday night.

Michal Handzus, Joe Pavelski, Joe Thornton and Patrick Marleau also had goals for the Sharks, who beat the Stars for the fifth straight time.

Steve Ott and Jamie Benn scored for the Stars, who have yet to win the second game of back-to-backs this season in nine chances.

Thomas Greiss stopped 19 shots to earn his seventh win for the Sharks.
