Hermine Weakens
The remnants of Tropical Storm Hermine will continue to move into Central Texas tonight. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for most of South Central Texas until Noon Wednesday. Localized heavy rains will be possible with ample Gulf/Tropical moisture available in the atmosphere. Another 2 to 4 inches can be expected along and just east of the stormtrack. Rain chances will diminsh some by Thursday as high pressure builds over the region. ...
