FREDERICKSBURG, Texas -- At the largest green, all sustainable gathering in the South, chefs, foodies, restaurants and growers can show off their healthy, organic food products to an audience deeply interested in green lifestyles and healthy, organic eating at the Renewable Energy Roundup & Green Living Fair. At the fair over 8000 people gather annually to explore ecowise products, organic food and technology that is sustainable, supports green-living choices and improves future quality of life. Sharing your expertise promotes your business while educating the public through demonstration, sampling, sharing recipes or coupons. There is no cost to Foodies but it is necessary to register online at www.theroundup.org/c ontent/speakers by Thursday, July 15 th to be included.

Tickets cost $10 on Friday or Sunday and $12 on Saturday while children under 12 years old are free. There is also a 3-day pass available for $20.

This year is the 20th Annual Summer Fan Drive. The San Marcos Fire Department will be collecting donations of new fans and new window air conditioners for those who are low income and medically fragile residents.
