If you look at the Men's Basketball standings in the Red River Conference of the NAIA, you'll see Our Lady of the Lake tied for first place. Really though, the Saints are at the top, considering they beat the other team, Texas Wesleyan, in their only meeting so far. "The Lake" is doing all these things with four freshman who play more than twenty minutes a game - one of them, a young man who's not only blazing a trail for this brand new program but blazing a trail for his family as well.

We have seen some good rain today ahead of the cold front. Look for much drier conditions behind the front this afternoon with comfortable highs in the mid and upper 80's.
