The parents of a Stevenson Middle School girl are suing the Northside
Independent School District for failing to protect her from a teacher.

prison for indecency of a child by contact and online solicitation.
The victim's family says the district failed in its procedures and now it's not turning over all the surveillance video it has.
But attorneys for the NISD say they're cooperating fully.
