Should there be tougher laws punishing people who don't wear seatbelts?
| 60% | No | |
| 40% | Yes |
Comment: People still think that they will not be caught by the Poice but they should know the important of having the seatbealts on.City should create some educational programs through the media to educate people and show them that life is more important than money that they pay for the violation tickets. by Malik
Comment: If you get in a vehicle, it should be common sense to wear a seatbelt. If you decide NOT to wear one, it would be your own fault and therefore insurance companies should not have to fork out the money for your stupidity. As the old saying goes "Lack of planning on your part doesn't constitute an emergency on mine". There are too many people that think they are owed everything in life--all because mommy and daddy gave it to them. If they'd use the common sense they were supposed to have, half of the time the accidents where people fly from cars or get seriously injured from not wearing one wouldn't happen. by Jodi
Comment: The ones they are endangering are themselves. We don't need the nanny state to punish victimless stupidity. by Bob
