I think the best place to put it would be in our education system that is rapidly declining. Also the amount of jobs that it would create would also assist the community. When I'm from in Pennsylvania, the revenue is going back into property taxes from what I hear is working. It isn't bringing the wrong type of crowd in and is working successfully. by John
