Boy With Mohawk Returns to Class
A student who was kicked out of class in Northside I.S.D. because his haircut was back in class at Murnin Elementary today. School leaders say Devin Queener's mohawk was a violation of the dress code. But after meeting, the school and Queener reached a compromise. The boy had to shave the back of his head so he could return to class.

Firefighter sought in Dallas condo complex blaze

DALLAS (AP) -- Emergency responders have been searching for a Dallas firefighter who reported by radio being trapped while battling a blaze at a condominium complex.
Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans says the search continues for the firefighter unaccounted for in the six-alarm blaze early Monday.
Evans says another firefighter was transported to a hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening. One resident has been treated for minor smoke inhalation.
Authorities are trying to determine what sparked the blaze reported shortly before 3 a.m. Monday at a three-story complex in northeast Dallas. Most of the flames had been extinguished by dawn as firefighters searched for their missing comrade.
Officials say at least two dozen units were damaged.
