What will happen to a high ranking S.A.P.D. command staff officer who allegedly pushed a patrol officer?
Fox San Antonio first reported on the case filed against Deputy Chief Anthony Trevino last week as the Chief William McManus' Action Advisory Board was about to meet and make a recommendation.
Deputy Chief Trevino's attorney sent us this statement regarding the outcome of the hearing:
"Deputy Chief Trevino trusted the system put in place by the San Antonio Police Department to investigate these matters. He has maintained all along the allegations were untrue and believed he would be vindicated."
Fox San Antonio reached out to officer George Chavez's attorney for a statement but by our deadline we had yet to receive a response.
According to the police department with this result the case between the Trevino and the Chavez is now closed.

Texas police nab suspect in postal worker's death
May 19, 2013 19:58 GMT
HOUSTON (AP) -- Police say they have taken into a custody a man they believe may be linked to the killing of a U.S. postal worker in suburban Houston.
The San Jacinto County Sheriff's Office said on Sunday they had taken 36-year-old James Wayne Ham into custody. Postal inspectors say Ham is a lead suspect in the killing of 52-year-old Marie Youngblood.
The postal carrier's body was found late Friday inside her burned out SUV. Investigators believe Youngblood was shot, and later transported to her burned out Jeep Cherokee.
Inspectors say a postal worker was last killed in Texas about 30 years ago.
