By: Fox S.A. Staff

What will happen to a high ranking S.A.P.D. command staff officer who allegedly pushed a patrol officer?

Fox San Antonio first reported on the case filed against Deputy Chief Anthony Trevino last week as the Chief William McManus' Action Advisory Board was about to meet and make a recommendation.

Deputy Chief Trevino's attorney sent us this statement regarding the outcome of the hearing:

"Deputy Chief Trevino trusted the system put in place by the San Antonio Police Department to investigate these matters. He has maintained all along the allegations were untrue and believed he would be vindicated."

Fox San Antonio reached out to officer George Chavez's attorney for a statement but by our deadline we had yet to receive a response.

According to the police department  with this result the case between the Trevino and the Chavez is now closed. Decision Made in S.A.P.D. Deputy Chief Complaint

Pastor sentenced to 2 years for online soliciting
May 22, 2013 21:01 GMT

MARSHALL, Texas (AP) -- An East Texas pastor has been sentenced to two years in prison for an online chat from church with an alleged 14-year-old girl who turned out to be a Louisiana trooper.

Raymond Earl Cooper also received 10 years' probation during his sentencing Wednesday. He's the former minister for First Church of the Nazarene in Marshall. Cooper pleaded guilty Tuesday to online solicitation of a minor.

Prosecutors say Cooper used a church computer to solicit a person he thought was a girl from Lafayette, La.

The Marshall News Messenger (http://bit.ly/14SjIim) reports the indictment says Cooper in April 2012 sexted a person believed to be a minor and sexually exposed himself via webcam.

The married father of four portrayed himself as a 42-year-old man from Shreveport, La., and asked about the girl's sexual history.
