Convicted Killer Sentenced to Life in Prison
By: Fox S.A. Staff

A man who robbed and stabbed an acquaintance to death three years ago will spend the rest of his life in prison.

Stephen Vogt was convicted today of capital murder with an automatic sentence of life without parole.

Prosecutors say Vogt and co-defendant James Garza lured Mario Raygoza, 19, to a south San Antonio apartment complex with the plan to steal his car and run away together.

Raygoza's body was found stabbed several times.

Garza was sentenced to life without parole in November.Convicted Killer Sentenced to Life in Prison

Dallas exhibit reunites art JFK saw before death
May 22, 2013 23:12 GMT

DALLAS (AP) -- Artist Jack Zajac (Zay-Jack) says that learning earlier this year that his bronze sculpture was among the last works of art seen by President John F. Kennedy left him feeling "reverential."

Zajac's small sculpture of a goat was displayed among works by Pablo Picasso and Vincent van Gogh in the Fort Worth hotel suite of the president and first lady Jacqueline Kennedy.

A group of Fort Worth's citizens had organized the private exhibit to honor the president's overnight stay.

Almost all of those works have been reunited for an exhibit opening Sunday at the Dallas Museum of Art.

The exhibit runs in Dallas through Sept. 15. It will then open Oct. 12 at the Fort Worth's Amon Carter Museum of American Art.
