John Brant Riffe is a wanted felon who skipped town after being caught with stolen riffles and a handgun. The U.S. Marshals' Lone Star Fugitive Task Force also needs help finding last week's Most Wanted Fugitive Carlos Arruti. Arruti is a man they consider a Child Predator.
