Joshua Louis Edwards' Costa Rican vacation was cut short this week by authorities and Fox San Antonio viewers.

Edwards was convicted last year for promotion of prostitution.

He was running his prostitution business out of a store front candle store.

After being convicted in October of last year, Edwards was supposed to  return for sentencing.

But instead he fled the country.

The Bexar County Sheriff's Fugitive Apprehension Unit, The U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and Costa Rican authorities found him.

Edwards was extradited on Thursday to Texas.

With tips called in from Fox San Antonio viewers', who saw him on our "On the Run" segment, Edwards is now behind bars.

You can watch "On the Run" every Wednesday night on Fox News at Nine.
