Opening arguments and the first witnesses were heard Monday in the capital murder trial of the teen accused of using a bow and arrow to kill restaurant owner Viola Barrios. When asked how he wanted to plea, Joe Estrada, Jr., 19, briefly looked down before saying, "not guilty your honor." Because of intense publicity, the case is being heard in Victoria. Barrios was killed in her north San Antonio home in 2008. Prosecutors say Estrada killed the 76-year-old before setting her house on fire and stealing her credit cards and car keys.
